Thanks so much for the progress being made on behalf of dialysis patients. It encourages us here on the floor. We are just trying to stay afloat,do our jobs and help patients the however we can.Some things have changed for the better eg.policies that have patients keeping their accesses uncovered at all times and their heads (no blankets covering them) so that we can see that they are still
eathing. Others are for the worst ed. keeping just about everyone on K-2 baths. Well you can only fight a limited number of battles at one time.<
>Thank you for all these years of effort,resisting intimidation and partial poverty to help ESRD patients. We all owe yu a big THANK YOU! DONT FORGET ABOUT SAFE RATIO STAFFING. All the efforts will help us in our fight to survive this nonsense.

Wow! this is the first time I can remember a group of RNs giving credit/thanks to DEO. Glad to see there are those medical professionals out there who appreciate this organization as we patients do.
