Where I go to dialysis the staff is friendly about half the time. On the days when they are in a good mood and showing they care, I actually don't mind having to be on dialysis. It means a lot to me to be treated respectfully, cared about and supported. I appreciate the staff delivering my txs and try to always tell them so. Some of them I consider friends and most all of them I like in some way. If I had not been on dialysis I wouldn't of gotten to experience the personalities and opinions, jokes and stories of a whole staff of people. I feel a bond with my staff and its a special relationship.

The women love that I never raise (and then leave up)the toilet seat when I go to the bathroom, unlike most guys.
