Wow that is just terrible! How are they ever to get "Quality of Care" like that???

Dialysis provided through an emergency room admission is considerably more expensive than routine treatment at a clinic. But while Jackson was not reimbursed for treating uninsured patients at private clinics, it can receive emergency Medicaid payments for dialysis provided through emergency rooms.

That is the problem with the country. It is not dialysis patients that are costing the system .. it is the system costing the patients with the system's own stupidity!  But then I see .. it is all in HOW it is paid that is the difference and rising costs...
