It would appear that this is the outcome of the meeting. It is no secret about the government knowing all the issues as they are the players. It appears that the meeting is shrinking and they are not caring to address hard issues. It
eaks my heart as to dialogue is what makes the changes come.<

This means public awareness and well placed demonstrations is all we have left to do. The government in CMS has been aware and still finds excuses.<
