I greatly admired the way you stood up to President Trump and signed that discharge petition for the Epstein Files Transparency Act. And it was nice to see you fight for your constituents regarding the Arkansas Valley Conduit project. And then I've read you had concerns regarding earmarks and other problems with the 1.2 trillion spending bill recently in front of the house. I had a moment where I thought you might work to kill a bill that is going to pay barely-trained ICE thugs to continue to terrorize families, terrorize women and children - and now kill us. I was severely disappointed. I think you have made any road to redemption a bit longer.
Have a nice time dodging your constituents and the wrath of Trump - not a crossfire I would want to be caught in.
